So how does it work?
Once an organization signs up with eOfferingPlate™ our team of expert programmers and designers compile a branded dedicated eOfferingPlate™ for that organization. This means their logo, church information and links to their web site are programmed into the application. We then program the churches financial information so that funds will be sent directly to their bank account. Once the set up is complete we will provide each church with a banner ad to be placed on their web pages or page as well as a PDF flyer to distribute to their members and contributors informing them of the eOfferingPlate™.
Once a member or contributor clicks on the banner ad or follows the link in an email they will be forwarded to a branded web page with a few easy steps to download their eOfferingPlate™ to their desktop, or mobile device. Once the download is complete the donor takes a few moments to set up their account. This includes Credit Card information, reminder settings, secure username and password and at what levels he wishes his eOfferingPlate™ to be “emptied”. Once that’s complete their eOfferingPlate™ is ready for use. The member or contributor simply clicks click the amount they wish to contribute and the eOfferingPlate™ places the coins right in the box.
Once the eOfferingPlate™ is “full” the donor's credit card will be charged, a tax deductible receipt will be forwarded to them and the church receives their donation via electronic funds transfer or check. There has never been a simpler way for member or contributors to give charity or for churches to collect donations.
